OUR MANUFACTURING EXPERTISE

Sheet metal processing
Sheet metal fabrication is at the heart of our manufacturing process. RTA processes stainless steel sheets with the highest precision and state-of-the-art machinery to produce complex components and assemblies. Whether it’s laser cutting, punching, bending, or forming - our experienced specialists are experts in the entire spectrum of sheet metal fabrication.
With state-of-the-art CNC-controlled machinery and a rigorous quality management system, we ensure that every part we manufacture meets our customers’ most stringent requirements. Tight tolerances and consistent quality are a matter of course for us.
What is sheet metal processing?
Our expertise
Your benefit
Whether it’s a prototype or mass production - we handle all manufacturing steps under one roof. This shortens delivery times, reduces interface risks, and enhances quality assurance throughout the entire process chain. All manufacturing steps adhere to the highest quality standards and are tailored to your individual requirements.
Cutting to length and forming
Cutting to length
During the cutting-to-length process, coils and sheet metal strips are cut to precisely defined lengths. State-of-the-art cutting systems ensure dimensionally accurate cuts with clean edges—even for thick materials and large quantities. The process is suitable for a wide range of materials, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Metal forming
Sheet metal forming enables the production of complex three-dimensional components from flat material. By applying targeted forces, sheet metal is shaped into the desired form—without removing any material. The resulting components are characterized by high dimensional accuracy, uniform wall thicknesses, and excellent surface quality.
Die-cutting and perforating
Punching
Stamping is one of the most cost-effective cutting processes for mass production. Using high-precision stamping dies, contours, cutouts, and hole patterns can be produced quickly and with consistent results.

The process stands out for its short cycle times, high repeatability, and minimal material waste—ideal for high-volume production with tight tolerances.
- High repeatability
- Short cycle times
- Minimal material waste
Perforation
During the perforation process, sheet metal is punched with a defined hole pattern. Whether round, oval, or rectangular openings—the hole patterns can be freely configured to meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. Perforated sheet metal is used in exhaust systems, the automotive industry, and building services engineering, as well as in plant engineering and architecture.
- Freely configurable perforation pattern.
- Functional and decorative applications
- Wide range of materials
2D laser cutting
Precision at the highest level—our 2D laser cutting sets the standard in sheet metal processing.
- Highest precision
Tolerances in the tenths-of-a-millimeter range for high-precision components. - Flexible contours
Any 2D geometry can be produced without changing tools.

- Clean cut edges
Minimal post-processing required thanks to burr-free cutting quality. - Material variety
Suitable for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials
Folding and bending
Folding

Bending
Bending enables the production of curved profiles and components with defined radii. Whether simple bends or multi-step bending operations—our manufacturing process offers the flexibility and precision required for any task.
Straightening and deburring
Straighten
After cutting or forming, sheet metal may exhibit stresses and distortion. Targeted straightening eliminates these material stresses and restores a flat, dimensionally accurate surface. This is crucial for subsequent processing steps as well as for the dimensional accuracy of the final product.

Deburring
Deburring removes sharp edges and burrs that result from cutting or punching. This not only improves safety during handling but is also often a prerequisite for subsequent processes such as coating, welding, or assembly. Proper deburring also gives the component a professional appearance and extends its service life.
