Your first steps in the training workshop
Your first year of apprenticeship is all about building a solid foundation: In our in-house training workshop, you’ll learn all the important basics step by step. Starting in your second year, you’ll dive right into the day-to-day work of our production departments, where you’ll develop into a true skilled professional.

Your home base at work
The training workshop will remain your main point of contact throughout your entire apprenticeship. This is where you’ll return for the theoretical phases, and where you’ll find your instructors, who are always there to support you - whether you have a technical question or something personal on your mind.

We place great importance on a strong sense of community, patience, and training that treats everyone as equals. Our goal is clear: We want you to successfully complete your apprenticeship. The fact that nearly 100% of our apprentices pass their final exam on the first try shows that this approach works.

State-of-the-art machinery and equipment are at the heart of our production. Our apprentices also work with professional tools and machinery from the very beginning and learn to operate them safely, precisely, and efficiently—under the guidance of experienced specialists.
